Camp Robinson Information
The first year of Youth Camps in South
Carolina Conference was 1942. There were two weeks of camps at Great
Falls, South Carolina. Classes were held in the church and campers
stayed in the homes of church members. Eventually the camps were
moved to Lake City, South Carolina.
During the 60's the property on Lake Marion was purchased and was developed into our present "Camp Robinson" named after Rev. Hugh Padgett Robinson.
